Sprain
This is actually my own experience!
I recently had a fall while running, which resulted in a sprained left ankle and a heavily bruised shoulder.
I immediately treated myself using SEITAI therapy.
Day 2: My ankle was slightly swollen and I was limping a bit in the morning. However, by the afternoon, I was walking completely normally.
Day 3: The swelling subsided completely, and my ankle felt great, as you can see in the photo!
Day 7: While I still felt a tiny bit of residual soreness, I was already back to running 5km.
