Sprain
Actually its me. I fell down when I was running. Sprained left ankle and hit shoulder very strongly. I did self SEITAI treatment.
Day2, I had bit swollen ankle and still drag it in the morning but, I could walk just like normal afternoon.
Day3, my ankle was totally ok as you can see on this picture.
Day7, I felt bit sore still but I could run 5km.
